Dude, the picture he posted doesn't even count as minimal sexual content. She's completely covered up. No naughty bits showing, nor is she performing any sexual acts. So I'd give up on that. But, I have no comment on the avatar. I don't find it offensive at all, and I don't care either way, but I can see how it could offend someone.
