Gorgeouspil powder
Hello; In taking the Geogeouspil powder; how many teaspoons do you put in how much water a cup, oz's etc. Also; after taking the powder do you wait any lengh of time before you lay down? mikeyb1

one ,or 1 1/2 tspns. and wait 20 mins about try not to drink too much water is what Alex said so I use 1/2 cup, or less.
