GM and Crysler made huge mistake by eliminating dealers
I don't care how many jobs would be lost or how sad the dealers would become. I am talking about who dares to buy your car if you eliminate a quarter of your dealerships? Because I don't want to buy a car from GM or Crysler from any dealership knowning that they might be shut down soon. This means nobody dares to by cars from GM and Crysler anymore for the next 1 or 2 years fearing that their warrenties would all of a sudden expire due to the shutting down of the dealers.
Bankrupcy is bad enough. People already are scared of buying their cars because of bankrupcy. Now they can just shut down any dealer they want? Wow! This will truly strike fear in buyers hearts. If I buy this car from this dealer, and a year later this dealer for some stupid reason got shut down, does the warrenty still stand?
