Are you supposed to glue one of the pieces that is on the footbraces?

Hi Space3456, Yes, you are supposed to glue that piece that separates the big toe from the littler ones. I personally haven't done that yet, even though I've been using them since the 16th of May :oops: It's a pain in the a$$ & I don't know why I haven't done it yet......laziness, I guess :? I've been wearing socks to keep them on my feet, too, and I literally despise that because it pinches so much and it doesn't feel good when you want to lay on your side or stomach during the night, plus with it getting warm out, wearing socks on your feet at night is totally retarded, IMHO, :lol: I get way too hot when I wear them (the socks) so I need to figure out another way to keep them on my feet at night. A couple people mentioned using shoe strings, but I don't have a clue how you would do this. It would be so much easier if there was some sort of diagram to look at, but I haven't seen one as yet. Anyway, it says in the instructions that come with your Alex Chiu devices, that you DO need to glue the toe piece where it feels most comfortable for you....... Good luck, Tami
