The point that I always bring up to refute the haters is that if homosexuality is such a HUGE sin, then why didn't Jesus bother to mention it? Christ was only interested in "sins" that hurt people. He condemned divorce, because what happened back then was that a man bought a wife, used her up, divorced her and bought a new one. His ex-wife had to live the life of a beggar, after having done nothing wrong. THAT is a sin sexually, morally and ethically, and these are the things that Christians are supposed to be worrying about and fighting against, not what consenting adults are doing in their beds with other consenting adults. Christ also overturned the money-changers because it was a way for rich people to use religion to rob the poor, much like the "wealth and prosperity scam" that liars like Pat Robertson preach. Christ was poor, homeless and he never killed anyone. If Christ met a con-man like Pat Robertson in the temple today, Pat would literally get his ass whipped.
