that's absolutly false. Many people are immune to HIV/aids. FOr example people with mutation 32 on gene for receptor CCR5. That's 1 out of 10 in europe. And also there are people that for other reasons never develop AIDS, like christine maggiore for example. And probably most people who have healthy lifestyle never die just because they HIV+.
