Now if you're retaining estrogens, it's you own fault, not your bodys! Normal, healthy people don't retain things like that for very long. You're probably dehydrated or something and unable to flush it out of your system but it sounds to me like you have a problem with your liver because apparently it isn't doing its job very good.
