Try the Power of the Pyramid. It's pocketbook by Toth. The book will explain the construction and mode of placement. I tried this with my father-in-law about 25 years ago. The hospital operated on him for prostate.The wound wouldn't heal because of his diabetes. He was sent home because the doctor gave up and for him to wait for his "time" at home.
