Eternal Youth Lobsang, I'm trying to help you! What is your problem!? You think I'm trying to be funny? I'm not! Forget it, I'm not talking to you anymore, you're crazy.
Hey guys, want eternal youth? Here are some ways I've found. Make of them what you will.
1. Bone Marrow Cleanse
A qigong practice that cleans, and revitalizes your chi. Rumored to give eternal youth.
2. Pranayama Yoga
Controlled breathing to force toxins out of the body. Just look at Swami Ramdev. I heard he's 60 but looks 30. Well, if he cut his hair maybe 25. He claims this cures incurable diseases. It also makes your color lighter too.
3. Exercise/Qigong/Meditation
Researched showed that shaolin monks looked and functioned 20yrs younger than their age. They meditate and practice qigong daily. The same for those who used kettlebells. If exercised long enough, one could reverse the aging process as they say.
You can also read for free the humbe beginning of an immortal on google search. I'm suspicious of this elixxir guy. What kind of name is that. He looks plastic to me. Besides Ori Hofmekler advises to avoid low calorie diets. If you look at his pic at 55yrs old you'll be amazed. Read his warrior diet book for free on google search.

Finally useful and pertinent information! Thank you! This is what this forum is about after all!
I have read much about caloric-restricted diet, and practice it myself, though not fanatically (I am largely vegetarian as well), and am living proof that it works. However, this may be the "back-door" approach; I can only state my experience. For example, ageing has been linked to shrinking telomers, pancreatin reduction, and stress.
A parallel: Cholesterol is not the problem, but scarring of the arterial passages, as well as toxins (e.g. metals).

maybe this stuff is true, but people that have lived long didn't necessarily do everything healthy like jean calment smoked until an old age, but also exercised and had some healthy foods.
She reportedly attributed her longevity and relatively youthful appearance for her age to olive oil, which she said she poured on all her food and rubbed onto her skin, as well as a diet of port wine, and nearly 2 pounds of chocolate eaten every week. Calment smoked until she was 117, and only quit when she could no longer see well enough to light the cigarettes.
Yogi bhajan died at age 75 pretty young for a widely regarded authority on yoga.

without alex's inventions ageing is just genetics
shaolin monks seems younger because only strongest kids are allowed to become shaolin
also they exercise a lot and that helps, but genetic is mainly factor
come on you can see among people you know: if someone is weak will be weak forever, while kids who are strong, smart and well proportioned will be healthy for whole life
only alex's inventions can improve a weak person and block ageing, and overcome genetics and race

I'd forget yoga or qigong, both of these methods have been around for centuries and they are pretty much a scam. Look at India, a country that should have everything going for it but they have lived in squalor for centuries, allway 3rd world, yoga has gotten them nowhere fast. Qigong is a scam, I did martial arts, the teacher recon he could use qigong power, it was a scam, there was no power there. Good thing to look at is this

Probably best thing is to use something like NLP, that could help.

ummmm I don't think the point of Yoga is to bring money.

no, it's not true. if you are weak, you can build up more muscles by weightlifting or increase flexibility by Yoga, but inside you will be weak. Strong people will do same exercises with better results, moreover you will gain damages because you body is weak. If you are weak, weight lifting will give you hearth troubles and high pressure and yoga will give you backaches etc. And you will age faster than strong people.

well yeah stronger people can get stronger because they have better genetics, but that doesn't mean weak will always stay weak and fragile. I worked out in the weight room occasionally in high school and there were short somewhat skinny dudes lifting 500 pounds they didn't have health problems. You possibly might mean smaller peoples nervous systems can't take as much shock from hard constant workouts as a big guy which is somewhat true they might need to take a longer break between workouts.

I mean genetics is much more important than exercise and diet, unless you take those things to extreme.
And aging is genetics. So only Alex Chiu's inventions can block aging. Or you have to change and re-organize all DNA to a new set up aging-free. But this will take another 30 or 40 years probably.
