Yes, I used to waste very much time proving facts to doubters, only to be met by indifference. It is easy to doubt, whilst someone else does all of the work. A good lesson for others: Do not waste your time arguing with those who provide themselves no arguments. It is often a game conducted by insecure children, purposely designed to frustrate you. Otherwise, you can practise becoming a master debater. Very different from a master debaser. It took me a while to unlearn sarcasm, which I had gained under the tutelage of peers and adults. I am coming to that point right now in my life! I feel I was getting on the right track around the age of 15/16. I fell off track from the age of 18/20, and reading posts like these open my eyes and gives me that boost to want to learn! As well as get back on "the right track". If you compare gold against all other equities and investments, it's performance has been second to none, the only better investment has been US dollar/Treasuries & Japanese yen, Gold is up alot in my currency. Basicly all investments are down 50% from march whereas gold is down only 25%. Even with Financial De leveraging, gold has performed wonderfully when viewed against all other asset classes.
