How is possible alex's bones and jaw has reduced, if not because of GP. That is not weight loss, in before pic you see BONES protruding at sides of alex's face. And now his face is FLAT at sides. That's CHANGE IN BONES STRUCTURE. How can you deny that? How do you explain that to yourself?

Alex obviously weighed more in the previous picture. When someone loses weight and their face looks different its because of the fat loss of course. Im not sure why you would think otherwise. His cheekbone didnt shrink down. There was just more fat around it previously.

I really don't agrre with you. That's bones protruding at sides, not fat, because it is pointed, it is hard. Don't you see it? Howc an you say he was fat? His cheeks were excavated , his bones evident , he was very slim. In the previous pic he was very slim. So slim that you can clearly see his BONES's structure. And how much can have he lost? 2 kg? You think that's enough to change his face in that way? NO. To change your face you have to pass from being obese to be slim. Please alex tell us what weight you were before GP and what weight you are now.

I think bones can change due to AGING. In Alex's before pictures, he looks much stronger and robust. Now he looks healthy, but kind of soft and weak... as if he AGED. He may very well have lost weight ... in MUSCLE. If you had to fight alex, how many of you would rather fight alex in the present, or the stronger looking alex from the past? The older alex looks like he could be a rugby player. The newer alex looks like a golfer (not as strong as tiger woods, but perhaps closer in color, as he looks like his complexion is darker in the newer photos, not lighter like he claims, though that could be lighting).

KAME - Your saying ALEX is FRAGILE OLD MAN at just 35 or (36 i think his age is. ) why do people try to look only at the negative and not think really the possibility of bone changing ? Not saying it really has changed but always i hear the nenegative side and not once a positive word.. Of course we cannot tell exactly from those photos, we would need a clear front picture so it can be compared to the old ones properly.

I said some positive things -- If you read the post, I say he looks HEALTHY and DARKER. Alex thinks darker is negative. Well, you must blame negativity on him in this case. I don't say he is like an old cripple, only that he looks weaker than before. Don't you agree? It's not conclusive, but GP/CF may actually be responsible for this weaker appearance. People sell herbs and such as natural hormone boosters. Maybe GP/CF activates estrogen or diminishes testosterone somehow. If you don't believe this is a real possibility, then you don't believe natural ingredients can affect hormones.

Why don't you post pictures to demonstrate, but not from this video. Even alex says this video is a bad example. In other pictures and video he looks healthy but here he looks ill. I just looked at the part where alex holds up the photo. The older alex picture looks stronger, even hair looks stronger. Wasn't there a picture of alex in high school? repost that -- in there he looks quite strong, almost like a tough guy in an action movie.
