Google free website, there are lots of places that offer that. Or you could be like me and use your Wikipedia user page. Of course, if you put an ad on that Wikipedia admins would kick your ass, so get one of the free sites instead.
If you're selling stuff, you'd be better off paying 15 or 25 a months for the add free website. Nothing turns off a perspective customer faster than annoying popups and banner adds that block the webpage.
Get ones that have ads built into the page, or on top where it's not an actual popup, like Freeservers or... that other one, with the thing on the right you have to click.
Buying your own site these days is just dumb, unless you have a serious business. Advertising rings isn't worth that money.

yes you can put ebay as a site but you must setup a store on ebay first then you can use the ebay link as your website..
