Deal for Alex: Stop selling ring/gp/cf; You get hot wife + $ I have a proposal for Alex to stop his health businesses. If anyone is still interested in his products, Alex should give formulas and recipes for free, but Alex must agree never to profit from them again.
In return, Alex will get a hot wife and a lot of money working as an entertainer.
I think this is the best deal for everyone involved, but of course Alex must agree.
If you agree Alex, then we will work on the next steps to make this happen.

Why should he pubblish the recipe ?
Why shouldn't he have to gain legally money out of his inventions ?
If fda is not bothering him, i see it as a sacred right to make money out of his stuff as long he doesn't break any law.

Best for customers -- they can get products for free or make their own at cost.
Best for Alex -- where is Alex's hot wife now? Apparently GP/CF alone cannot make this happen or he would have done it. We can make it happen, though, though I won't go into details until Alex agrees.

If I am a customer, and I always look better each time GP was taken, and if the manufacture dares to stop producing it, I will track him down myself.

Yes, that is what I'm asking -- for him to disclose the recipe. How does having copyright prevent you from doing that?
If you are a customer, it is great for you -- you can now make your own GP/CF. If you dont want to, someone else can make it and sell it for much cheaper than alex. alex himself can continue to make and sell it at cost, so long as he does not profit. franco can make and sell it himself. much cheaper than importing.

He might sell the recipe to someone who is an affiliate and earn money on that , but he should own every right on his invention.
The affiliate makes the gp and scf, using the recipe he paid for , and earn money, i think this should make him a millionaire in a small amount of time both the affiliate and Alex Chiu.

It's very simple: do you want to pay less money for alex products? if answer is yes, then you are in favor of this.

Alex already wastes money on match.com. This plan I'm talking about -- alex doesn't give up anything unless he gets the hot wife and $$.
