I have a dead star Rm and Ry with moving lines will the Rm Ry dead stars move? can the yo day/mo/yr strike it to move? or is it permanently dead? line can not move when weak or dead. yo date will only cut line so maybe you have to wait till wood (m) is stronger. oh and u have a Rm combo sitting on 3 & 6h line.
