Challenge to Alex: GIVE AWAY FREE RINGS IF HILLARY LOSES Alex, many months ago you were quite certain Hillary Clinton will win the 2008 election. If you are still that certain, then you have nothing to lose by accepting this challenge. If Hillary loses, you should agree to give away free rings to anyone who wants one.
In fact, even if you "lose" the challenge, you can still come out ahead, because of increased business due to publicity of the challenge.
So either way you will make money. Of course, if you are correct, you will make more money, but that is a reward for being correct.
Does anyone care to predict if Alex will accept this challenge?

How much do you pay for advertising? This publicity is better than any normal ad. You're right that this is not fair but it is not fair in your favor.
If you lose, then you will still have publicity from the challenge.
If you win, then you have publicity + you do not have to give out rings.
Either way, you get more publicity, and therefore more business.
If you do it correctly, you will come out ahead no matter what happens.
However, if you are confident, you will believe you will not lose. So you get the maximum benefit: free publicity. You could not get such publicity without making some kind of daring offer. That is why I suggest offering free rings.
If you are only interested in regular gambling, there are many trading sites to bet real money. In that case, I ask, how much did you bet? If you are truly 100% confident, you will bet everything you can spare.

Here is a better proposal... If Hillary loses, you have to post the entire recipe to Gorgeouspil AND Super Chi Flush (and every time you make a revision, you need to publicly post the new recipes). Its really no different in how you post how to build the Immortality Device.

I would be very surprised if Hillary doesn't become the next U.S. President; I believe that she is on the agenda. Furthermore, many people, especially women, vote for her specifically -sometimes solely- because of her gender! Just such a quote: "We need a woman to fix the mess that men have made!" How about a black person to fix the mess that whites have made? Same sense: None.

This is an interesting idea but Alex claimed Hillary will win the presidency. Why shouldn't he be held to that?
Let me modify your proposal -- everyone bets $10 that hillary will win on an online tradiing site. If hillary does win, you will make more than double that money, so you can use $15 of that winnings and give it to alex. Both you and alex will come out ahead. However, if hillary loses, Alex must pay you $10.
This way, you lose nothing.
But in this case, if Alex is wrong, he could be bankrupted. (He will already have bet everything he owns that hillary wins, so our betting with him is a kind of loan. If he loses, he has nothign to pay back the loan.)

My iching are correct, Hilary Clinton will win the elections even if she won't be president, victory or loss is a rather relative concept.

Because if Hillary loses nomination, then she will directly not become president. In fact, I will personally kick in $20 (and all other proceeds can go towards 1 hour with a prostitute or a night out at the strip club).
