Cayenne Pepper Tea and Rings
Has anyone tried drinking Cayenne Pepper tea before going to bed with rings? I tried it last night and it seemed to really increase the effects of the rings. All you need to do is mix about a tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper with hot water and drink it.

Well, gorgeouspil has black pepper and white pepper in it. Both have "capsaicin", same curative substance found in cayenne pepper.

I have some and took it also but did not notice any good effects yet, effects i notice mostly when i take CINNAMON (one tea spoon) good for clearing red eyes..
