dr ricky said i might sleep better tonight. I can't sleep at all. I'm very tired but my brain won't let me. I feel kind of ''sick'' like my brain won't let me sleep and I'm tired. My neck feels so weak right now.
No Dr Ricky is wrong. He NEVER should have said that. You can never predict what will happen. Some people get very very sick and have violent reactions when the atlas is adjusted. Others feel great.
