i'm too late for this reply. but the U line on top is actually link to winner star Ryo. So your enemy wins. in this case France. Ryo on self line while hiding were in fact already come out and stay at the 2nd hex. so self line does not have anymore Ryo or winner star

Gc is property star and on the self line and moving. but appointed is R star. i think when it move to produce the appointed on top ( Ryo ) which is not in any way connected to self line this is like giving away the winner. plus if Ke on the 5th line doesn't move then B on 6th line will not be linked to Ryo. but in this case it's moving. so too bad for self line i guess.
