also, about the chi flush and gorgeouspil, i use the stuff like 1 month out of every year imo. its nice but i dont think its something you should spend too much money on. I use 1 bottle of gorgeouspil and 1 container of chi flush a year lol. dont wana spend too much money on it............

when i first started wearing the rings I felt happier every day, i had more energy every day, and I slept better, and I felt no pain in my muscles the next day after I lift weights (I lift weight every day, the rings seem to help muscles heal after working out)
after I started taking enerfood (2-3 tablespoons a day, 1 morning 1 pre sleep), its like the effect of the rings doubled. I feel 4x happier, 4x more energetic, I am increasing in strength way faster, my lifts are going up, working out is way easier, i can run faster and longer without getting tired, I never get sick
wearing the neo rings i would get a cold once every 6 months. now with enerfood I am never sick
I take enerfood 2 tablespoons a day
ENERFOOD is a great nutritional vegetable powder product. taking enerfood is basically like taking a whole bunch of SUPER HEALTHY VEGETABLES AND HERBS, and thats why its so good
super chi flush and gorgeouspil are chinese herbal products that are just a bit medicinal but they are not really "nutritional" like enerfood. gorgeouspil and super chi flush are products that can help your body get a little boost in over all aura chi power but I personally only use 1 bottle of gorgeouspil and 1 container of super chi flush every year because its expensive IMO. I dont take smaller servings, I just take the normal serving and use it up then buy it again next year.

Maybe you could try doing 1 1/2 servings or double servings of the GP and SCF for better results. Have you taken the Enerfood along with GP and SCF and done a healing session? What was your experience if so. Also do you feel any healing going on when you wear the devices and take the Enerfood at night or whatever? Thanks!

Did you try taking the Enerfood about an hour before or so before taking the GP and SCF though like Alex says to? Or maybe you could wait at least 20 mintutes after taking the GP and SCF and then try taking some Enerfood and then lie back down and continue the healing session? :idea:

the healing session doesn't feel any more powerful where i space the enerfood
it feels a bit stronger when i take double GP/SCF though... but i only take double 2-4 times a year
and I only use 1 bottle of GP and 1 container of SCF a year
