It was a man in a wig, not a woman. He was going to have an operation to become a woman but changed his mind.
I would tell you his name but I do not want to embarrass him as he is very self-conscious about the time in his life when he would pretend to be a woman. Also he is married and worried his husband will leave him if he finds out about his cross-dressing past.
