Your calculations are a bit off. 2% of 10 million is 200.000. Not 2.3 Million. I am also concerned with the fact that you are putting in $500 to get the website done 2 days earlier. Another $500 to pay for magazine coverage doesn't seem like a wise investment either. What would you do with the massive wave of customers coming to your website? Have you done stress tests? Made sure your site is hack proof? Do you have the capital to back up the stocks? All of these are very important for a stock company.
