You don't need this I-ching stuff to figure it out. If you are dedicated enough you can work your way up to become very strong. You might or might not become the best, but your newfound health is what really matters. I would recommend you read some books from Pavel Tsatsouline about strength training.

I did not interpret your hex -- I simply answered your questions that yes you will be successful. If you want a favorable hex pattern, I suggest practice throwing coins so that they will land according to your will (as a craps shooter would practice throwing dice). Many coins are actually biased towards one side, so by picking the appropriate coins, you can increase your chances for a favorable result.
