Franco, I just finished an intense rings+GP+CF session and the rings definitely work.
If I showed you before and after pictures you would not even recognise me. Even some of my best friends thought I was someone else and now think I spent tens of thousands on plastic surgery again.
Today when I was walking in the city someone even came up to me and asked if I was model and when I said no he said I should contact his agency cause I could easily work for them. But he was a bit creepy so I will probably not call him unless I really need some cash.
