I don't like your stimulous plan. I'd be pissed off if I was a worker and my boss took 500 dollars and put it on a card that I didn't ask for.
You get to spend the money though. You just have to spend what is on the card or you lose it.
If you don't like my method, then I guess you like the 3.5 trillion dollars package then, ey? I know 3.5 trillion sounds like nothing to you, because it won't relate to you directly. But that thing is like poison.
If you want to do your method, fine. But get the money from somewhere else, but their paycheck. Maybe you could take the money that the government takes as taxes and use it.
This plan is in order to stimulate the economy. It's not a tax.
Right, no money is lost from the government nor from the citizens. This is more like a man waving a checker flag at driving cars telling them to speed up. You know all the money that government takes away from you can be reclaimed via tax return later.
It's uncostitutional. It's illegal. Government cannot oblige people to spend their money.

Yes but it would cause a civil war, a rebellion against government. It's illegal.
If people feel 20% of salary goes to a controlled debit card is too much, we can go lower, say like 10% or 15%. But people must participate. We need to do something to stimulate the economy. If people don't do nothing, this country might face a real depression.
If you cut taxes and stop uncontrolled reproduction, people will have more money. So they will spend part of that money. Economy will improve.
That's absolutely not ture. Everybody's scared now. If you give them tax cut or tax rebate, they will simply save that money in the bank, and it won't stimulate the economy at all. If I were Bush, I would not have given people tax rebates at all because I know people will simply keep that money in the bank or use it to pay rent or mortgage, and not to buy goods.
Maybe you are right. But nobody will accept your plan.
