Soy sauce may help. I think Alex is still testing the extent of its effects, but it definitely heightens the other effects and may increase height.
Just try to eat lots of soy sauce and also rub it on your body.

there is no way to grow taller when your bones fuses , put that in mind, i want to grow taller too, because i feel i am too short, but i 've learned to live with that and accept myself

The above is an unfounded conclusion. How can a toxic chemical additive have positive effects upon a natural product (soy derivative)? Need I remind you that in this very forum was mentioned the ill effects thereof upon thousands on Chinese youth? I rather consider that to be genocide, much like that practised by the U.S. military usage of depleted uranium in Iraq and the former Jugoslawia,despite international prohibition. You can grow taller at any age, it's just the question of how do you do it. First step would be to begin drinking baby milk formula, my theory of this is that a baby drinks this stuff and can double it's size in a year, it has all the nutrients you need to grow. Secondly use NLP, I think NLP can be used to make yourself grow taller.
