Where is the faculity going to be builted?
It may be in San Francisco Area or some where in the us in the central plains maybe in douge county wisconsin near threasa wi, Where the land is flat. The faculity will have 50 floors and it will be big and have many miles of underground tunnles. for people in powerd wheelchairs that will love riding there wheelchairs in the underground tunnles with up to 10 12volt batteries hooked up to each wheelchair feeting the wheelchair 24 volts. We will provide transprtation anywhere on the globe from where you are to are new shelter faculity. with arrngement to meet at the nearest bus station. We will have are owne fields to grow are few and highrise green house buildings. and with solar panles. If you are on Gov. funds 75% of it will pay for your rent Meals and utilities and all services at the shelter faculity. The goverment take care of the rest. And pays for your program feild trips. Also we will have a 24 hour emergency wheelchair repair shop. so if your wheelchair breaks down in the tunnles or anywhere in the faculity you will look for a white coutesty phone and dial the 0 for the operader and you will ask the the wheelchair repair shop. and the shop will come to you in a small eletric truck to fix your wheelchair on the spot or if your chair is out of juice you will be told to the nearest outlet or be given full charged batteries to make it back to your room to finnish charging your chair. We will require wheelchair users to keep the chargers on there chair so they can use any of the wheelchair charging stations in the tunnles. Tunnles will go from town to town with elevators to the surface elevators that are not working should be reported on a curtesy phone to get it fixed. This will be away to travel thought tunnles when its to cold out side and it will be a lot safer to ride through the tunnles with out having to ride on the road or highways on the surface with high speed traffic. Tunnles will be heated and lighted and maintin as needed for repairs and cleaning. Also report clod drains. A key from the facuilty mager will be require to use the tunnles and elevators for sercuity reasons.
