I'm sure I've seen him mentioned (lampooned?) on quackwatch.com. Though it goes without saying that he's a laughingstock within the scientific community, just as surely as the sun rises every morning.

there are a lot of laughingstocks that were right... but there were A HELL OF A LOT MORE laughingstocks that were total nutcases! and the fact that alex refuses to offer evidence is more than enough to sway me in the nutcase direction.

Oh I agree there were people who were laughingstocks then they went on to show their oppressors they were brilliant minds. But I think it's safe to say someone who orders DVDs of Lizzie McGuire in German and then says after watching it they will be able to conduct hate speeches like Hitler is the bad kind of laughingstock :lol: Wait I'm laughing.
