No that's not true. Also his cheeks and jaw are smaller. I mean, if you look at year 2004 video you can see this huge ugly face with lot of edges, it fulfills the camera's view, while in year 2007 video you see this little face, polished and without heavy edges, it's so small that it's difficult to recognize his features!
