About the GP & SCF powders.....
I would like to know if those of you using these two items are mixing it with cold water, like the instructions say ? I mean, could we possibly mix it with organic apple juice or something like that because I have to tell ya......I literaly gag when I'm drinking this stuff ! I'm mixing them together so as not to drink too much water and take away from the potency. I think the one I'm having the most trouble with is the SCF. The pepper is just awful and it leaves a horrible taste in my mouth. I brush my teeth and tongue right after drinking this nasty concoction, but still the taste remains (if there were a "Mr. Yuck" smiley over on the right, this would be about where I'd be inserting him into my post !). I don't use regular toothpaste anymore because of all the chemicals (especially flouride) and have switched to OraMD (www.oramd.com) which consists of peppermint, spearmint & almond oils ONLY and works fantastic !! I still have yet to see or tell any difference, either. I even used the maximum amount mentioned on the containers of each (1.5 tsps. GP & 3 tsps. SCF) and I didn't even feel any "warming" last night like I did the first night of wearing them. I am very depressed and sad at the moment because my husband is working off-site since Wed. and won't be back until Mon., so I am constantly alone here and haven't talked to anyone but what I type on the forums......so maybe the reason these devices and such aren't working for me is because I feel like half of myself is gone and my heart is breaking.....who knows. A person could sit and contemplate this forever and not find the answer; but if these things really do work, then it shouldn't matter what's in a persons mind because that would just be considered a "placebo effect", right ? I know one thing for sure......the next order of GP I get will be the pills and I'm hoping by then there will be SCF pills as well because there's no way I will EVER be able to get used to drinking this stuff ! I kept waking up to my skin being pinched because the socks aren't made to have to stretch that far and so they "scrunched" everything up......*sigh* There's got to be an easier way to do this without all these discomforts......especially if this is what it's going to be like for as long as you use these things (as long as you live).

I got used to it with cold water. I don't think alex would recommend apple juice because you're not suppose to eat or drink(besides water)anything an hour before taking.You could try stacking magnets like others have here if you don't like footbraces, or just get a bigger pair of socks.

I've been using rings for 3 years about. JC stacks magnets you just buy some neodymium disc magnets(same size as the ones in rings already) and put on top of the magnets already in the rings.
