Why the hell is someone who's supposedly immortal always in such a state of disrepair?
You seriously need to get laid dude, even if you have to pay for it. It will change your outlook on life.
Sac, you notice how you go through periods of being really excited and full of activity, then have periods where you're really depressed and just want to stay in your room? As others have said you may be suffering from
bipolar disorder. If this is the case then your depression would not be caused by your life circumstances but by your brain chemistry. And much as you don't like drugs, fact is they do often work for the treatment of mental illnesses such as bipolar, the trick is to get a good doctor who can prescribe and modify dosage.
Also, why do you ask girls how tall they are in heels? Can't you just calculate it by adding the length of the heels to their own height?

Immortality does not necessarily bring happiness or contentment. Matter a fact many immortals are depressed as they have nothing to look forward to. Having unlimited life essentially devalues life.
Christ. YOu have nothing to live for. You are what is described as the "uncommited youth". You have to find a cause. Does it take a rocket scientist to see that selling something you do not believe in will leave you unfulfilled?
If you must make you income this way that is cool. But for God sakes do something to make a difference. That will help a lot. But please don't be a "big brother" to a kid with no Dad. Just please don't do that.

Because i like to hear it from them. Also, a 4 inch heel does not necessarily make you 4 inches taller. Because the pivot point is where it dictates your height, so more like 3 inches or less.

Your right. When you are immortal, you you don't. ask alex. except for world corporation. When you don't think you can live forever, then you live it up more, you know? like in tuck everlasting
Believe it or not, I know what you're going through in regards to being different, not doing anything, and no knowing what to do. I'm not into the drinking and drugs scene like almost everybody I know is. That seems to be the only way to socialize around here (being in a college town doesn't help). I'll be 28 on the 12th, and I have no college degree, which I plan on changing. I'm visually impaired, so I can't just hop in my car and go anywhere I want to since I can't drive at all, and I'm scared to death of crossing streets in fear that I'm going to get hit by a car (which has almost happened many times). Sometimes it feels like life is pointless, and it's just a waste. But even with those feelings, I know that there's something in this life that I'm suppose to do. I have a calling, a purpose, which I'm searching for. We all have a purpose. Even you. It's just a matter of trying to find it. You need to try to look at the bigger picture. Don't worry about socializing. Don't worry about tall girls and strip clubs. Try to concentrate on what you're suppose to do in this life (yes, it will end. No one here is immortal). If you ever find your calling, then things will fall into place.
And also, it may not be a bad idea to see someone about bipolar disorder. I have wondered many times if you didn't suffer from that. If you do have that, it would explain alot and medications can make a world of difference.
Re: ee
thanks twisted, but don't be coming to the immortality board and sayin no one is immortal. and y do u say don't worry about socializing. My friend Peter told me I need to do it more and he said I will be happier. Meds are dangerous, they fucked me up for years twisted. Do u know how powerful they are?
Well, no one is immortal. Why would I say otherwise when it's not true?
You need to quit worrying about what your friend Peter says. He doesn't have all of life answers. Just because socializing makes him happy, doesn't mean it will make you happy. You just said that to become social, you would have to force yourself to be something you're not. Why would anybody want to do that. That's not you, so you shouldn't have to pretend it is. It's not your path. It's not what makes YOU happy. Even if you did force yourself, you would still be unhappy.
As for the meds, they are different then the shit you took. These are not pain killers. What they do is balance the chemicals in your brain to help you mentally function better. If you are concerned, at least talk to a doctor about it and get his/her advise.
Re: eee
true. if i smoked weed and dope, I would have WAYY more people to chill with. I know it. And a lot of Sabo's friends, well all of them do smoke. and they invite me to smoke but I always refused it. I just had nothing in common with all those people. but socializing is a part of health, that's what they said in the health class.
I agree to a point. Socializing is a good thing, but only with people you have common interests with. You were talking about socializing with people that drink and other things. That's something you're not interested in, so you shouldn't force yourself to socialize with them. That would not be healthy.

Yes they can be dangerous, particularly those used for treating mental illness. But they have also helped many. The trick is to find a good doctor, who will work with you to find what works and what should be avoided in your case. You had a bad experience with medication and taking them again is risky, but they also hold the potential to significantly help with some of your problems, so it might well be worth the risk.
Only problem is with you, you ain't exactly capable of judging who is and isn't a good doctor for you.
No, I'm saying you're incapable of judging if a particular psychiatrist is doing a good job for you, not whether they are good for you in general. Just cause Seroquel had a terrible effect on you doesn't mean that ALL other drugs will be bad too. Also if Seroquel was having such an adverse effect then you should've been taken off it. The fact that you weren't was probably due to bad and/or uncaring psychiatrist(s). This is why I'm saying it's essential to find a good doctor who will do everything possible to make sure you get the right treatment.
