You are so young still. But a degree will not make you somebody. You are already somebody.
If you had a degree what would it be in. What do you want to do? There are a lot of people who have degrees and don't use them. Or would love to do what you do. Have money and work little. You just need to put your money to work for you. Sounds like Alex owns rentals. That is an investment, one that makes him money, plus gives him something to do.
