2006 Caulfield Cup - can someone please help me?
Hey everyone! As some of you know, I'm pretty interested in Horse Racing :) We are coming up to some major races here in Australia, such as the Caulfield Cup, Cox Plate and Melbourne Cup. This year, I really don't want to leave anything to chance so I have decided to use I Ching to help with our picks (bets) 8) However, I'm pretty new to I Ching and I was wondering if someone could help me with working out the hexagrams and what they mean/predict? Pretty please with cherries on top :) Here is what I have done so far: Will "RAILINGS" finish in the top 3 of the 2006 Caulfield Cup? I would really appreciate it if you could help me - Railings was the first one that I tried to figure out, but I'm just getting myself lost. I thought you had posted something about Zipping and Pop Rock, but when I went back to re-read what was there, the post was gone :shock: Thanks for re-posting :) Let's see if I can figure this out: Because I'm asking about money, the appointed star would be G (Gain)? With Zipping, the G star is also on the self line (J) which would indicate that money would be coming in and that he will finish in the top 3 places? Because the K star is on the opponents U line, does that mean they won't get anything? Would the P star be producing the G star and subsequently the self-line? Am I on the right track or not even close? Thanks!

Morning :) u should use local time . in the old days chinese people measured time by sun. did u convert the time to bejing in hexes ? Because I'm asking about money, the appointed star would be G You asked if a horse will finish in the top 3. the answer can be yes or no. you didn't ask if you'll win money betting. hex 3- is a 6 match meaning yes. also from my experince whenever i asked if a team will win and got this hex the answer was yes. hex 4- when the 6 line moves that line become the appointed line. 6th line in ur hex eliminate the 6 strike ( Gy bound with Kh). B star truning to G star is a good sign that's why i think the answer is yes here.

Oh - okay :) I didn't have to convert the time here as Perth is on the same time frame as Beijing, which makes it easy :) I thought that about Zipping and the 6 match but I just wasn't too sure. Thanks for clarifying it for me. I shall be doing the rest of the acceptances for the Cup's, I started off with those 4 as they are the selections that my partner has chosen. Hopefully, there will be some type of pattern. I'll keep you posted :) Thanks again!

I think in your hexs you have to use the "J" and "U" lines. J being the horse you're asking about, and the U representing the group of other horses as a whole. After seing how the J line is in a hex, then look at G stars etc. I am still pretty new to this too, but from the examples in the iching book on betting it seems you might have to read it like this. Just my two cents. On a side note, I have been trying to predict football outcomes. I have gotten about 4-5 out of 6 games correct. I have also found though that if you ask too many questions in one day, you will get more wrong answers. So my next attempt at predicting games, I will spread the questions out over a week. All hexs I have done have had outcomes that are mind blowing. My last one was about a modeling job, and the hex was right on.(previous post). Good Luck!!
