If I understand correctly, it was the Dept of Homeland Security and the CIA that obtained the court order. I don't really care that much as they only insist I do pretty much what I had planned to do anyways, regarding my privacy. They pretty much leave me alone so long as I comply and submit myself to medical exams about three times a year. Before I started taking Alex' devices and treatments, I had doctors in my face every waking moment, so for me an exam every few months is heaven.
